When booking this hotel it said they had 24 hour shuttle service and they do not. The shuttle begins at 5:00 a.m. We needed to be at the airport 3 hours early for a 6:15 a.m. flight and we were told we would just have to get a cab, which we did at the cost of 25.00 plus tip.
Staff at checkin were very nice and the room was lovely; however we did have an issue with three little girls in a room close to us opening and closing their door and running up and down the hallway laughing and giggling. I finally had to open our door and ask them what the heck was going on as we had to be up at 3:00 a.m. Needless to say, we got very little sleep. Perhaps adults with children should have separate floors than couples traveling alone - just saying!!!
