I parked my car, was shuttled to and from the airport and, knowing I was arriving back from Costa Rica vacation late, stayed the night upon return. The staff were extremely kind and helpful coming and going. The parking lot is very large and felt safe to leave my car for 11 days. The location was easy to find; right off of the the highway. The shuttle came every 30 minutes, making it easy to get right to my departure area and be picked up after coming back. Returning from such an exquisite vacation, the room was clean, welcoming and comfortable. Checkout at noon gave me plenty of time to get my rest and regroup before leaving. Checkout was very simple.
