We flew out of JFK for a 2-wk family trip. Fairfield Inn offered an excellent park-and-stay package. What delighted us was the extraordinarily helpful staff who greeted us, handled our reservation, guided us through the car drop-off process, and couteously and expeditiously drove us to and from the airport. We returned to JFK late in the evening and I was worried we might have to take a taxi back to the hotel. But the Residence Inn van was there instantly and the driver was especially kind and helpful to us weary travellers. The woman at the front desk was also very kind, courteous and professional. The room was clean and quiet. The bed very comfortable. And my husband was very pleased with the TV options. Most definitely will be staying here again.
