Candlewood Suites - Austin Airport, an IHG Hotel AUSTIN TX

The room was fine and the shuttle driver arrived on time at 4:00AM. When we returned 10 days later to retrieve our car our flight was delayed landing at 1:30 AM. We were told to call 512 428 5405 to get the shuttle. The recording had no choice for the shuttle. I selected. “0 “that said it was for distressed passengers, airport employees or to speak to someone staying at the motel. I was put on hold saying all operators were assisting other customers. This was at 2:00 AM. I called four times over 25 minutes and finally got a person. The shuttle showed up 10 minutes later.
