Room was nice. Shuttle to airport was nice. When we returned from our trip, the Shuttle driver never came to the airport to pick us up and we waited an hour and 20 minutes. We called the motel 3 times and was assured he was on the way. We eventually called an Uber and $36 later with a 2 mile drive to the motel to get our
car, we see the Shuttle sitting at the motel. The driver swore he went to get us, but he was dishonest. He never came. Then he wanted to confront me about it.
