I loved this property, however upon checking in I was helped by a Hispanic female who was apparently having a bad day and did not want to have conversations and explain important information about a park & ride. She checked us in, provided our key and that was in. I had to ask where I should park my vehicle, what time the shuttle picked up to take us to the airport etc. she was clearly annoyed by my questions. In the morning when we were ready to leave to the airport-I just happened to ask an older gentleman who was now at the desk if I needed anything else to leave my vehicle. He proceeded to tell me that I just needed to make sure the window paper was visible. What window paper?? I guess she was supposed to provide that when I checked it. My car probably would have been towed-had he not told me that.
