My only complaint is the shuttle to the airport never arrived to take 3 couples, however the gentleman at the desk called for 2 taxis and we did arrive in time for our flight.
When we returned to pick up our car after the 4 days, the employee, named Bruce I think, was very kind to fill our water bottles with ice and water for our travel home.
