We have stayed in numerous airport hotels around Dulles using the park and fly option. Hyatt Place Sterling has been the best for several reasons. The main reason is the staff. They were unfailingly friendly., making every effort to accommodate our every need. From welcoming us, providing safe and efficient airport transfer, preparing a varied and delicious breakfast buffet, to making dinner recommendations and providing free transport to and from a great restaurant - the staff was super. They all clearly care about the quality of service they offer. In addition. although the hotel is a bit older, our room was updated and extremely spacious and comfortable. It was huge by most standards with a lot of space for luggage, relaxing, sleeping, and recovering from a long flight.
We will always return to Hyatt Place Sterling in the future.
