Front desk staff was very good and friendly work with. Due to the snow we had to change our reservations multiple times because our flight kept getting switched around. Ended up driving. Still left one vehicle on site in order to fly back and catch the shuttle. Room was good. Breakfast was fine no complaints. However, on the return, we called front desk for shuttle when our flight landed. The lady I spoke with was super nice, she tried her best to figure out why the driver was not at the pick up at the airport. the driver never showed. We waited almost 1 hour. It was the evening shift. We ended up using a shuttle from another hotel.
