MAJOR issue is that the airport shuttle is advertised as available 24 hours. Our return flight returns about midnight so there's NO WAY to get back to the hotel with that return trip.
I contacted the hotel General Manager, and she had never heard of ParkSleepHotel so there was NO relief!
It would have been better if we had known about the shortened shuttle hours prior to booking as, obviously, the shuttle is a major part of the booking!
