The review would have been five stars, but for the amount of time we spent getting from the airport to Terminal A we could have been home in Central Jersey. We waited from 6:27 pm until 7:03 pm for a pick up. I felt we were only picked up then because I called to complain we waited (with a number of other people) for over 30 minutes as we watched other hotels swing by multiple times. It also took us an hour to get to Terminal A at the start of our trip because the airport trains were not running. Perhaps for terminal C (which is an easy walk from the transit center) it would have been a better experience.
