Front Desk staff were friendly when we checked in BUT neglected to tell us that we had to put our name down for the Shuttle, which caused us to nearly miss our flight. I was told the Shuttle leaves every 30 minutes … I arrived downstairs at 5:50 for the 6am Shuttle which had left because they said “everyone who had their names down had arrived, so the left”, so we sat in the Lobby for 40 minutes waiting for the next Shuttle which was very frustrating and no attempt at assisting us with the situation in spite of the fact that the Staff were at fault.
