It was difficult to reserve rooms because we had another couple travel with us and it's not an option to choose just hotel room when booking a parksleepfly package so I had to reserve a room separately on the Crowne Plaza website. Registering once we arrived was a big mixup. The room was nice-no fridge so we couldn't keep beverages cold, bed very comfortable, however we couldn't get a king size bed.. Our vehicle stayed on the lot for the week and we felt it was secure and didn't worry while on vacation. There is a mix up with 2 credit cards being charged for our stay. We will work that out. We will book again next time we travel once the mix up with our credit cards has been rectified.
