I will say my experience overall was very good. I used the hotel as an overnight stay for an early morning flight from LAX. I also used their valet parking service for 6 days. The hotel room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and courteous. The parking was very convenient and the parking attendants were also very friendly and courteous. I personally had good luck with the valet parking and shuttle: The shuttle bus was waiting when I left the hotel for the airport for my departure. And on my return, I didn't wait longer than three minutes for the shuttle to reach me at the designated pick up site. I texted ahead, so my car was waiting when I arrived. The hotel is by the airport and freeway, so I was out of there and on the way home within 10 minutes of leaving the airport. I would use them again.
