Very convenient since we had an early morning flight out of Tampa. Enjoyed the convenience of being dropped off at the terminal and not having to lug bags from the parking garage. The only issue we had was a sink that was stopped up but we were too tired to call maintenance to get it fixed. It worked enough for us to get by.
