When we arrived at the hotel I presented my confirmation to the clerk but the confirmation number did not come up in the computer. The clerk was very nice but it took over 20 minutes to get checked in. We were sent to a room that had no sheets, blankets, pillows or towels. Then we were sent to a room that was already occupied. The final room assignment was fine and we had a comfortable stay overnight. The shuttle service to and from the airport was great.

We could hear every single word spoken by our next door guests. Luckily they settled down at a decent hour so we could sleep. Beds were very comfortable.

Convenient location, very friendly staff, 24 hour service to airport. Called upon our arrival back to airport, (at 12:30 AM) and the shuttle was there in 10 minutes, very friendly and courteous driver.
