Room was clean and quiet. Desk staff were efficient and very helpful. Proximity to MCO is great. In-house breakfast was so-so... Shuttle service was very good.

Nice quiet location. Toilet needed it’s mechanism replaced. Bed a little thin and should be updated. Good breakfast. Friendly staff, but there were multiple check in problems and desk was overwhelmed.

Quiet room, all OK, nothing special but nothing bad. Very disappointed to not have at least a smack/fruit available for a 0530 AM shuttle pick up, so cannot rate their breakfast. Front desk has apparently passed that complaint up to management with no results. Shuttle on time and very friendly driver. Given the large number of other motels offering Park, Sleep and Fly, I probably would not select this motel again because of the lack of any early morning snacks/breakfast.

Great hotel..we used it before flying out of Orlando Airport and the shuttle starts at 4:30 AM which helped us since our flight was at 6:15 Am. We were too early for the breakfast so I can't comment on that but the hotel was very nice, clean and had all the amenities (coffee pot in room, microwave, refrigerator, etc.) & they kept our car for 28 days while we were away then picked us up from the airport for another night stay before heading home.

Room was fine, this was our third or fourth time to stay here. However, this is the second time that we did not get our wake up call! Another couple on our early morning shuttle did not get theirs either! Maybe some retraining is in order of the front end staff?

Location is great, resturants, access, parking. Close to airpot, 15 min ride on shuttle which left exactly on time with very friendly, helpful staff and driver. Room was wonderful. My place to stay in Orlando now. Very reasonable rate.
