Accommodations were fine. Price great - convenient to MCO. Not happy with the lot for parking - half grassy area with rest dirt road & mud hole in middle back behind hotel.

The staff were courteous and helpful and the room (second floor) was quiet. Breakfast was the typical waffles, bacon, assorted pastries and cereals. It is a good value. I took 1star off because the place needs a good deep cleaning. The carpet was dirty and the woodwork needed cleaning. The shower glass in my room was dirty. It looked like an old building bought by Sleep Inn— usually their properties are sparkling clean.
