The hotel was great. Small but clean pool, little bar area, nice comfortable lobby, excellent transportation service, excellent location - up the street from Dave and Busters, Cuban food place,, and go carts. Can be difficult to find, so study your map carefully before you go. Also, casino is nearby. On the negative side is ParkSleepHotels. I was charged twice!!! Be very careful. Fortunately, the hotel immediately fixed the situation after the double charge, but "they didn't have to". Beware ParkSleepHotels.

Although I knew differently, this site says there was a free breakfast, there was not. It was a buffet for $10 per person. Very spacious room with an excellent bed.

I stayed prior to a holiday cruise. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. I would stay at this hotel for my entire vacation. Very nice property and convenient location.

Nice hotel.. shuttle service from port, horrible. Waited 45 minutes since we were told to call after we went through customs. A disabled person in our party was forced to stand while waiting. Individual on phone totally unsympathetic and overbooked number to be picked up. Driver rudely allowed others to board the shuttle totally disregading our earlier call.
