We booked two rooms through the website. When we arrived around ten p.m., the lot was full. At the front desk, I learned that every shuttle slot which would get the five of us to the airport to catch our six thirty flight was taken. I was told, we could get private transportation. Then, I was informed that the hotel only had one room, not the two I booked.People checking in intending to leave their four cars while they flew were told there were no spots in the lot and sent to a neighboring hotel where they had to pay forty dollars for the week. Around eleven p.m., we were told the hotel had found us rooms at a nearby Studio 6. The rooms were supposed to be queen doubles. Both were smoking kings. One had no air conditioning and the other a malfunctioning toilet. The owner took us to the airport in his own van and we paid thirty five dollars to park. Oh, by the way, the phone calls I made to your toll free number on Friday, March 14, while at the Quality have yet to returned. When can I expect my full refund from you?

We decided it would be easier for us to drive to Dallas the day before we were to go on our plane trip to maui (we had a non-stop flight) Good choice on our part arrived by 4 o'clock, parked near to front entrance and that is where our truck stayed for our entire 6 days we where gone. Our room and bed was fine (smoking room available on lower level). Signed up for the shuttle we needed, settled in, Denny's right across the street has really good food. Watched a good movie on hbo, slept great. Woke up refreshed and walked down the to the continental breakfast that has waffles and biscuits and gravy and sausage patties and plenty of great coffee!! Went back to the room to get ready for 9:30AM shuttle. Shuttle on time, 15 min. to airport, dropped off right by our terminal. Came back 6 days later called for shuttle pick-up at 5:00 AM (plane got in early) Shuttle bus there in 15 min., dropped us off right by our truck. Total cost for this hassle-free experience $69.50. Thank you very much!!! And that is why I gave Quality Inn 5 stars
