When I checked in, they demanded my credit card to pay for the room even though I showed them that I had already been billed and paid for when I booked the room. I spoke to a ParkSleepHotel rep on the phone and she indicated she would talk to the hotel's accounting department in the morning, but it's been almost a week now and I haven't heard anything or received a credit on my credit card statement

Was pleased with entire experience until large crowd checked in to adjoining room at close to 11pm- very loud and disruptive until well Into early morning. Had to be up at 5am for early flight. Did not want to call front desk.
