Everything was perfect. Easy to find,friendly people checking in,room was clean and the food great. Easy checkout. I would recommend it. Also shuttle runs every 20 minutes.

Room was advertised as having a fridge and microwave but there was no microwave in the room. However there was a small microwave located alongside the non-functioning icemaker on our floor. Oddly, the instructions were in French. The room itself was OK. It was a lock-off to an adjoining room so you could hear their conversations and their TV. We received an unrequested phone call at 6 AM -- presumably a wake up call from the previous occupants of the room., although all you heard when answering was music. Had been sleeping well until then -- our flight wasn\'t until the afternoon so we hadn\'t requested any wake up call. There is a restaurant on site for purchasing breakfast or dinner ( 5PM or later for dinner) and a bar that opens at 5 PM but didn\'t try either one. Did not experience cleanliness issues as reported by some others. Used the shuttle to go to the airport just to take the Septa Regional Rail into center city for the night before our trip departure. The shuttle is shared among the 3 hotels in the cul de sac area ( Aloft, Four Points and Sheraton Suites) Shuttle service is 24 hours and takes about 10 minutes to get to the airport. Septa is $6.75 one way but was worth it to avoid driving in and out of the city during the evening rush hour and paying to park. Had booked a Stay and Fly package so the room cost was just a little more than paying for airport parking alone for the duration of our trip, so overall was pleased with the value. It seems no matter the room cost there is very little soundproofing between rooms and floors. Someone should start a hotel chain that offers quiet rooms.

This is the third time that I have stayed here with the package and I have two more booked. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always vey nice and the shuttle is always on time leaving the hotel at the scheduled departure time. I will continue to stay here whenever I need a park and stay at PHL.

Good value. Dated property. 24 hour airport shuttle. Staff was very courteous. Rooms are good sized. I have used several time and will use again. I do recommend this hotel and parking.

Parking for a week+ for early flight. All around a positive experience. Comfortable bed, and important to me was that the shower water pressure is strong, even on the top floor. Check in, check out quick, staff friendly and competent.

Employees so professional and security maybe watch who comes into building,? Just was there for a park and fly. I go up to our floor during day to get something security was good told me to get on the side as there was a strange man desheveled no shoes just socks and clothes on walking up and down hall. They called police and escorted him down elevator. Glad security was there. But how did he get past front desk? We will continue to stay there. This was our 8th time there . Shuttle service and driver excellent! Food and waitress excellent!
