Room was nice. However the shower water was very hard to work. Could only get a sprinkle of water to come out and couldn’t make it to shower. After playing finally got a little more so could come out shower. Went to shut off and now it wouldn’t. Not calling maintenance because going to bed. Up early for flight. Shut the bathroom door. Told when we checked out. Hard for me to believe just happened and housekeeping didn’t report.

Easy check-in and check-out. Shuttle service to and from PHL was prompt - only about 5-10 minutes between Four Points and PHL. My only reason for 4 starts and not 5 is because the room had a cigarette odor.

We stayed overnight because we has a 6AM flight. The hotel was just what we wanted, a comfortable bed, good air conditioning (little loud), good night of sleep and transportation to and from the airport. I would recommend this hotel.

The bed is amazing. Close to the airport and the biggest disadvantage is there are many people using shuttle so air line crews get first dibs.
