I was overall very pleased with this hotel. However I was more than disappointed in the restaurant prices. For a child's plate of Pancakes, two plain bagels with cream cheese, two glasses of apple juice, a cup of coffee and a glass of milk cost me $38 with a tip. When so many surrounding hotels offer free breakfast, I would be hard pressed to book here again simply for that reason alone.

Check in was great! Restaurant and food service was excellent. Shuttle service was wonderful and on time. The heater in our room was so noise that we were unable to sleep at night. Would love to stay there again if I could first check out the room

We were there for the night before our flight. We were supposed to stay there once before but they had a water pipe break and the place was flooded. We had seamless transfer to a neighbor hotel. So this time we actually got to stay there. Everything was very good, from check in to check out very early (3:40am). Had a light dinner in their restaurant, and a good night sleep on a comfortable mattress. The shower ran hot and cold, was a little difficult getting it to stay one temperature. Everything was clean, comfortable and affordable. Airport shuttle was great. Will stay again next trip.

Experience was very good, hotel can improve on breakfast, not worth the price that was charged. Friendly staff, clean. Hotel needs to replace quilted blankets because the polyester fill was so worn and thin it was more of a sheet than a blanket. Sheraton needs to up there game.

We have used this hotel twice for overnight before a trip and leave your car. Front desk and shuttle drivers always pleasant and friendly, location to airport is great. Rooms are clean
