Husband had a wicked toothache and we were loaned a salt shaker--staff seemed caring and accommodating and seemed to be experienced with travelers. However, when we called for a wakeup call, there was some uncertainty as to whether breakfast was included. Shuttle was right on time, no problems.

Made a reservation through another website for sleep and fly and somehow the hotel had our check-in and out days early by 1 day! Instead of worrying us, the front desk person checking us in, called someone and got it straightened out (luckily I had my printed confirmation of dates and deposit paid). I know the hotel couldn't have been full (parking lot was rather empty), but we ended up with the 3rd floor corner room (2 dbls) which was a physically disabled room. All this meant was there was more room in our room and bathroom....and, who can complain about that? We had room #333. Room was relatively clean, until I moved a little towel stand in the bathroom for more room (3 people trying to brush their teeth at once) and saw under it was not the cleanest floor. Other than that, plastic cups in wrappers in the bathroom, plenty of towels and room seemed clean.
