The place is great, room, front staff, breakfast, and even the products. Our one problem was the shuttle driver in the morning, he opened the door yelled airport shuttle - we loaded our luggage, in the shuttle itself he had some sort of talk show or game blaring very loud. He drove like he was on a racetrack, speed up slam on brakes. At the airport, people could not hear what he was saying because he was on a phone call yelling at person on phone, with his phone still blaring. Conversing with other passengers, their comment was what in the world is going on, not very safe. I believe his name was Kevin, not sure on that. It would of been Saturday January 11th, morning shuttle. Again this place was fantastic, we will surely use again.
