The employees were great. Friendly and helpful. Very nice comfortable room. Only complaint was the extremely loud A/C unit in our room. Sounded like a wood chipper. Otherwise very happy with the hotel.

It was actually less expensive to stay here and leave my car while away then taking an Uber or leaving car at the airport. Very close to PHL and great shuttle service. Room was nice and bed was so comfortable

We booked this hotel for an overnight before an early morning departure from PHL and extended parking. Hotel room was nice with excellent blackout shades. No restaurant at the hotel but Four Points hotel is an easy walk across the parking lot with a nice place to eat. Aloft staff was very friendly and accommodating. Fresh coffee was available in the lobby at 5 a.m. Shuttle bus driver was courteous and on time! Overall a great experience. I\'d highly recommend.

The room was clean and fine. Paid for breakfast in the morning that was to begin at 6:30. Went downstairs no breakfast, girl at front desk said she had no idea when they were coming. Said her only responsibility was to make coffee. So she stayed behind the desk watching TikTok. Left the hotel at 8;30am. Breakfast appeared around 8. Was to be there at 6:30.
