Parking is so easy and secure. The shuttle is such a convenience and the hotel is very nice. We love staying there before we begin our trip. Just start everything off right and we don\'t have to worry about leaving so early for the airport.

The people were absolutely lovely --and so helpful! The room was gorgeous, and extremely comfortable. The restaurant was great. However, when I checked out I was charged $248.04 instead of " The remaining balance of approximately $194.35 USD (taxes included) must be paid to the hotel at check-in. " Very disappointed.

The hotel is convenient to PDX and offers a free shuttle. However, the shuttle runs on a schedule that ranges from every 15 minutes to every 45 minutes and you have to have a reservation for the trip to the airport. We ended up having to take a shuttle about an hour earlier than we wanted because of available slots. No free breakfast but there is coffee, breakfast bars, and fruit.

The room was great! The reason for staying was for early flight and parking services. Came back during a rush hour event and shuttle drivers very patient and tried to accommodate as many tired passengers as they could with a constant return to get more passengers.
