Early plane out of Denver so this was a great choice instead of driving from Colorado Springs and parking at the airport. Nice quiet room...shuttle to the airport on time...no problems.

Easy to find although expect traffic pattern challenges on Pena Blvd- apparently until the new hotel on site at the airport is finished in Dec/Jan is finished. The room was quiet,clean and comfortable for the night. The only concern I had was upon my return to pick up the car at about 8:45pm, there were no lights on outside the building when the shuttle dropped me off. The shuttle driver told me it had been that way all week, and that she's spoken with staff about it earlier in the week and had been told the lights were on a time. (The same thing was true at the Best Western next door. She went into the building to speak with staff and express concern for safety-(not due to criminal activity)but simply darkness under the canopy. As I had parked in back as directed, I'd walked through the lobby and pool area to get to my car. It would have been very easy to trip and fall on the stairs or had there been debris in the parking lot. Also I wasn't able to see if there had been any damage to my vehicle. Personally, I would think management would not want that kind of liability! I went to the 7/11 for water, and as I was leaving I did notice the lights were on in front at Days Inn- although I don't know about the back!

Furniture was shabby, mosquitos were unbearable, staff was pretty indifferent, towels were ragged. We can do better and will not return again. Van driver was not at all helpful and I was working with a recent head injurt and two hip replacements. Customer service was definitely not a priority.
