Arrived at the hotel after booking it 2 months prior using Park Sleep Hotels to find that the hotel didn't have my reservation. I showed them the email confirmation I got from Park Sleep Hotels and they said it was never faxed to them from Park Sleep Hotels. (Is that really how their system works?) At any rate, the hotel receptionist, was great and was able to book my room at the price we got on Park Sleep Hotels - not sure what would have happened if they were full. Called Park Sleep Hotels and had them refund my deposit. Not sure if this is a common occurrence.

We spent the night and then left our car while we were on a seven day cruise out of Port Liberty. Our car was well taken care of and we used the shuttle to and from the cruiseport. We would choose this location again.

breakfast room so crowded no place to sit and no management by staff to seat guests in order of arrival. Food was very mediocre.

After we switched rooms, everything was good. Room that we had booked, rug by bathroom was very wet and bathroom was not clean. New room was nicer.

The only reason for the poor service is the only # to call was not being staffed. There were no instructions on where to go for shuttle pick up. Instead of arriving home at midnight, it was 3 AM
