We were late in checking in. Parking and the check in process were flawless. Front desk staff polite and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, clean and modern. Our room was comfortable and spacious. Wi-fi was fast. Wish we had been able to get there sooner to take advantage of all the amenities. We enjoyed the aromatherapy spray and other spa samples left in the room. I moved my car to the back in the morning and we were easily and quickly transported to the airport. Called the hotel after we landed 13 days later and the van was there within minutes of getting the baggage together. Well worth the cost. We will stay here again!

Excellent hotel. Have stayed here many times before. Had two beefs: First, they charged me $7 more than you quoted me as would be due when I got there. And second, was supposed to have a double room. They gave me a King Suite. So I gave my wife the bed and I slept on the sleeper sofa. Was too tired to complain and was leaving early the next day. But make a note.

When we went to eat at 5:50, we ask about the dinner buffet and was told it was not open, not that it would be open at 6. We just placed our order and then heard them telling others about the buffet. The rest of our stay was great!

We use d the Crowne Plaza for the parking while we flew out of Louisville for our vacation. Great hotel and location. Great price for what you get. hotel was very nice, comfortable and clean. We live 15 minutes from the Cincinnati airport but I will definitely consider the Louisville airport in the future.

3.5 star quality overall. Very good breakfast in the restaurant. Staff was helpful on park-fly system. Overnight flights (UPS?) are a noise distraction.

The hotel is less than a mile from the airport and a wonderful place to do a park and fly. We liked every thing about it except they dropped the ball on picking us up to take us back to the car. I had to call them twice...a mile away mind you...and they never did pick us up. We waited 35 minutes and the parking lot shuttle guy finally took pity on us and ran us over and dropped us off. They could have pushed their van over to us in 35 minutes. The lady at the desk was very apologetic the second time I called, but they still never showed up.
