I had a wonderful experience. Stephanie, at the front desk, was so amazing. She was so kind and accommodating. The room was really nice, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. It was a great rate for park and stay.

Very easy to park and stay and very comfortable. My only negative is that the shuttle only comes once per hour. Wish there were more shuttle times. I didn't see the pool or spa so unable to leave rating for that. There wasn't an option for N/A.

Front desk staff engaging, efficient and accommodating. Room was as requested, clean, secure and well appointed. Bed was comfortable, sleep was good and no intrusive noise made for a restful evening. The morning Bagel bar was as advertised and adequate. Long term parking was easy to access and shuttle to airport on time with a courteous driver. Reasonable overall price with no surprises. Very well done.

Would have been nice to k ow it was in the middle of a major renovation but still good for what we needed. Shuttle stops running from the airport at 11 PM so we are going to have to pay for a ride to the hotel on our return. AM coffee was fantastic and shuttle driver Mohammed was awesome.

I was there for one night as a Park n Fly customer. The clerks were very friendly. My ride to the airport was right on time. I’d stay there again. On the downside they had construction going on in the front lobby so there wasn’t any restroom until you were checked in.

Great room/service. We did a park and ride. Came back to a car covered in bird poop. Not the Hotels fault. Just be mindful where one parks when leaving your vehicle.
