Stayed for early flight of 2 week vacation. Flight got cancelled because of snow and we had to stay an extra night. Since we had been upgraded for the room, we were allowed to stay in the upgrade for the same price the extra night. Transfer to and from airport was timely. Breakfast was decent, nothing to rave about. Front desk clerk had kitchen duty too, so there were times that some food items ran out

We had a great experience at this hotel. The cost of staying overnight and leaving our car was very reasonable. Airport drop off and pick up went very smoothly. Dawne was very helpful with getting us settled, explaining the parking and airport shuttle processes. She even went way out of her way to help me print our boarding passes. Room was clean and comfortable. We would use this hotel again if we fly out of Indianpolis.
