Front desk clerk was very helpful and went out of her way to answer questions and make my stay more pleasant. This stay was well worth the money. Rooms were better than originally rated by others. Clean and odorless room.

the shuttle needs to be parked away from entrance My wife slipped and fell on ice. The driver argued there was no ice and he always parked that way for 4 years well he did back the van up another 8 feet and put salt on ice after a few words
