The room was nice, the shuttle to the airport was great, and the highlight for us was Lori at the front desk when we check in! She was extremely helpful!!!! Thanks again Lori!

Location and staff were great. Only issue was someone was outside our door around midnight. They kept trying to open the door for over 5 minutes, till I got up and told them they must have the wrong room.

I was in room 223 Room was updated. Clean with very comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful despite being overwhelmed with guests due to bad weather and being short staffed. It’s an older hotel so you can hear noise from the hall but that is no one’s fault

The room was very clean, bed was comfy, staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel in general was dirty, and the door was difficult to lock but after many attempts I got it to work. The parking for this hotel is off site which I didn’t know and wouldn’t book that again. For the money it’s fine, I’d spend a little more next time for convenience and cleanliness of the hotel overall.
