Reception both arriving and departing was cheerful, friendly and welcoming. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable. May be the pool water could be a little warmer and the pool room aesthetics were a little bland. Nonetheless, I was happy to have the place to swim and relax. Room was excellent. Shuttle service was excellent at the very early hour. Definitely would stay here again

Always a great stay, the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate. John at the front desk is so professional.. also the woman at the front desk at 4:30 am was so sweet to us. Also the shuttle was right on time to the airport.

Hotel was super accommodating for extended stay. John at desk reached out to me day in advance to set up shuttle since low numbers with covid and wanted to make sure I was taken care of timely for next day flight. Town car trip to airport next day was private quiet and clean. Thanks for taking such great care of me. Parking for vehicle is in well protected area so I feel vehicle will be safe.

Nice hotel with long term parking and close to airport. However we stayed here last January and again this January and encountered the same problem. Asked for a wake up call and never received the call 2 years in a row. This needs to be corrected NOW.
