Good value and efficient desk personnel , is about what I expected for a 2 - 3 star hotel. It shows a lot of wear and could be sourced up as in tub caulking, flooring etc

We requested and made a reservation for a non-smoking room and on arrival we received a smoking room with no option to change. We would NOT have made the reservation had we known this. Why couldn't they be truthful when we called and told us that there were no non-smoking rooms available that night?
