We did the free park and shuttle which made the hotel an amazing deal. Bed was comfy. Your ride to airport is done by Lyft.

Front desk was very helpful on locations to leave our car, & where we might eat given the lack of power in some areas after the big storm. Hotel scheduled Lyft pick up to airport, very easy. On the negative, our sleep was significantly interrupted by loud boom box cars in the rear.

The AC was not working in our room. We notified the desk, they were very accommodating and moved us to another room. There was no airport shuttle but a Lyft was scheduled by the hotel. Very prompt driver.

Front desk attendees were GREAT, so friendly and helpful! Like the layout of the king suite rooms with doors dividing the bedroom and the living area. My favorite was the vanity light and mirror in the living area above the coffee maker/frig. I was able to use that area as a vanity while someone else was using the bathroom. I wish more hotels would think about others having to get ready while the bathroom is in use.

Rooms were fine; we left a vehicle there (for an add\'l cost), and will pick it up 2 Nov 2021. Who do we call to get shuttle service back to the hotel, or have to take a taxi..?? Thx, Mike C.
