Exactly what was needed. A clean place to stay close to the airport with good airport shuttle. We didn't wait long for the shuttle service and it was so close to the airport that it was a quick ride. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel and were pleasantly surprised by how good it was.

The staff was excellent and the room was very clean. I liked having a restaurant @the hotel too. Overall experience was A+. I am looking forward to my next Caribbean trip so I can do the stayparktravel and fly out of ohare.

The hotel was ok, breakfast was good. Our biggest issue was the shuttle service. We asked for a 7:00 am pick up which never happened. We found out that the hotel does not have their own shuttle. The y share with another company which never stopped for us. Finally after many upset Pilots, flight attendants and people about to miss flights. The front desk attendant made many numerous phone calls to get us rides. She managed to get us cabs which the hotel paid for. It was a very stressful morning as we almost missed our flight.

Returned from Mexico to a dead battery. Night desk clerk went out of her way to recommend Auto Zone and O'Hare Tow Truck numbers. Offered suggestions to our problem. Denise was so genuinely helpful with our needs. She was wonderful!!!!
