This was our second stay at NU. The rooms are very nice, very comfortable beds. Great value when traveling with there parking package. Even better now with direct transportation to the airport as compared to being dropped at Viscount. Only issue ever is, our last stay the elevator was not working and stairs are tough on persons with physical impairment. Still when I travel this is the place to stay.

Great location for staying before or after your trip. The long term parking was a bit of a surprise. We had to park away from the property but it was at a secure place. Also the trip to the airport in the morning was different but doable. It worked well with the train from the Viscount hotel. Took a little longer but worked well!

I chose this hotel as it has memory foam mattresses and I wanted to try one. It was very comfortable. The hotel itself is very different looking which intrigued me. The room was nice, there were no windows, but there was a sky light. I wished the bathroom had counter space. It would have been better for me if my car was able to be parked on the premises instead of somewhere else. They do shuttle you to your car. I enjoyed my stay.

we were a 100% happy from the minute we walked into reception till the pick up of our car, such quick service far better than any other we have used. Such nice staff who showed they were truly concerned that you were completely happy with your room which we certainly were. pool and spa not applicable. Such smiles from behind the desk to the drivers. Thank you for experience. When the need for hotel no further to look than NU Hotel.
