Staff in hotel at reception were all super friendly and very helpful. Shuttle driver not so much. Expected me to load all our luggage into back of van. Also they had more people booked for shuttle than seats were available in van

We just needed a room for an overnight and an early flight out of Pearson. Great service at front desk, very friendly agent we conversed with. That was pleasurable. Shuttle at 4:30 in the morning was on time. Room was good, mattresses comfortable.

We weren\'t able to book on a shuttle to get to the airport on time as it didn\'t have enough space for my whole family. The said I could take a cab van as we were 5 people at a flat rate of 30. Since shuttle was included I shouldn\'t have had to pay this but I did, it turns out the flat rate in a van is actually 45. At the same time that I reserved my cab for 4am another lady did as well for the same reason. Turns out the hotel paid for her taxi because they couldn\'t accommodate the shuttle. Just so happens we were heading to the same place so made for conversation.

Room was ok. Carpet stained, curtain had blood spots on it, duvet had blood on it, sitting area was very nice but couch had a big stain on it. Did not shower as there was black mold around the edges.
