My wife had to change rooms 3 times due to bugs in one room, broken appliances and a damaged lock in another. Also, while in the elevator she noticed and took a picture of the elevator safety inspection letter that was expired by over a year! Then when she inquired about the shuttle to the airport they informed her they do not offer a shuttle, but said they would cover her taxi rides to and from the airport which they didnt costing her an additional $50 in charges. And to top it off, while her vehicle was parked at the hotel someone broke into her vehicle! When we called to talk to the management about everything they hung up on both of us a couple times, were completely rude qhen we brought everythigg to their attention.
