We took shuttle to airport at 4 am actually should have left at 3am. Come to find out from driver that the desk knows that upon request you can leave at 3am . We asked and earliest was 4am. We almost missed flight. This should been known by desk and should also be on website .

We chose to stay the night before flying out for our vacation. It was nice to relax and enjoy supper right at the hotel. We left our vehicle and used the shuttle service to and from the airport. Both drivers were polite and on time.

Easy check in. Room was clean and ready. I did have to go back and ask for my cookies, they were not offered check in. Staff friendly, but seemed short staffed.

Great hotel stay for flying out of Midway, price location and to leave vehicle for vaca. I will say though shuttle transportation was rude, in a hurry to “get home” and communication needs to be better understood when you tell the hotel when your flight arrives is not when you need picked up! Was very irritated with transportation shuttle to say the least.

Checkin was great. Lots of help coordinating the parking and shuttle, despite not having regular shuttle schedules (fewer drivers, hard to find help post pandemic). Accidentally met our shuttle bus driver (John) who shared his cell so we could coordinate with him in 2 weeks! Amazing. Room was great. We also enjoyed playing cards in the bar and eating their incredible nachos! Missed breakfast since we left so early. But the cookie at checkin was scrumptious!
