The staff were all friendly, pleasant, and helpful. The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The location was very quiet at night with the exception of occasional jets from DTW taking off or landing. We were not expecting breakfast to be ready in time to eat something before our 5:35 AM pickup for the airport, but even the hot items were available by 5:20 AM in order to get a quick hot bite!

I only had limited interaction with three different people at the desk. And I was only there from late afternoon till 445 in the morning. The only unfortunate thing was that there was no room on the shuttle for me before the time I reserved it. But luckily the driver sent someone else who arrive 15 minutes later. I don’t believe this had anything to do with the hotel itself.

We were quite impressed with this hotel. The staff was wonderful and the room was clean and beds very comfortable. Considering how close to the airport this hotel is, it was very quiet. Will stay here again for sure

Be sure to have hotel staff indicate on parking coupon any additional days paid, mine didn\'t and had to pay for 2 additional days which I prepaid.

Only used for an overnighter for flight in the early am, but clean. I have stayed here before, and been happy. I tried less expensive in the area and been disappointed. Worth staying here.
