we used the park and fly option. Our flight from Italy was cancelled so we arrived back to MCI a day late. The staff was so helpful and accommodating to help us with our reservation and able to get us a last minute room. Very appreciated after 24 hours of travel.

For those who want to park and stay near the airport and be shuttles to MCI, this was a great GREAT deal. Checking in was easy, the staff was nice, the property was quiet, and the shuttle (3:30am) was right on time. There's a restaurant next door that has very good food and libations.

When we arrived at 3:30 pm to check, the room we were initially assigned was not cleaned. Workers were in the breakfast room taking up all the seats. The breakfast was minimal.

MY FAMILY OF EIGHT STAY THERE 09/05-09/07 FOR LABOR DAY WEEKEND. WE LOVE THE HOTEL AND STAFF. THE ROOMS WAS CLEAN,COMFORTABLE AND WE FELT VERY SAFE. WHEN I GO BACK IAM GOING TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL. THE BREAKFAST WAS EXECELLENT. WE DID NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS. WE HAD FOUR ROOMS. SORRY I CHECK SWIMMING POOL AND AND COULD NOT GET OUT OF THAT QUESTION
