Room was fine for a short stay. Hotel needs repairs, as seen when entering lobby and going to room. No assistance available for moving luggage. Not enough restaurant staff. Staff otherwise very pleasant.

We booked one night for an early morning flight. Jose at the front desk was a pleasure and the hotel was perfect. I had the best chicken quesadilla EVER at the 9th floor restaurant. Shuttle driver was extremely kind and courteous (I took a phone call and he lowered the radio-it\'s the little things). I usually don\'t do reviews but this hotel and staff did a great job!

The hotel is nicely located close to the airport. It was great to have a restaurant on the premises with such a great view of the area. Very convenient to leave your car there.

Restaurant and hotel very good. Shuttle to airport needs some fine tuning and upgrade. We had too many waiting and several couldn’t get on bus. I guess they waited another 25 to 30 minutes.

We stayed a night in late August 2017. Everything was nice, including the check in. They put us in a huge suite on the 9th floor. The restaurant was good with a wonderful night time view. The morning shuttle to the airport went smoothly.?

The hotel staff was great. Room clean with nice view of pool and canal. The transport service to and from the Port was excellent. Only problem was my car had a light key scratch down passenger side front to back....it wasn't there when I parked it.

When I checked in there was two men on the front desk they were very helpful and courteous. We ate at the restaurant at night and was very disappointed with the food and service would not use the service again.
