This was our first trip out of Detroit Airport. Your stay park & fly pkg took all the stress out of our trip. Your staff was very friendly & accommodationg. Thank you so much for making it easy. Will definately take advantage of your services in the future.

Great experience at this hotel. Check-in was easy and breakfast was fair. Would have liked to see some bananas and yogurt in the morning. Transportation to and from airport great. Great experience all in all

looked at different sites for hotel and park and fly. Then found this one the ratings were better on the hotels. Didn't know what to expect because of different reviews. Its was very nice that the hotel has a very friendly staff. The rooms are all on the ground floor and the shuttle was good. Had us to airport on time and helped with bags and my mother. Room was very nice and clean. And can't state enough the staff was very helpful and friendly. Would use this site again and stay at this hotel. It was very nice to see that other sites reviews were wrong. No noise and even getting in on a late flight we still had no problems. The price given from website was higher than what was charged at hotel. Excellent stay. We ended up staying both ways on our flight leaving and returning. Thank you for the nice stay.

Great location. Said they do not take pets, and are not part of the America's Best Value Inn chain. How can they use the corporate name then? Could not park in their gated lot as it was full, so they gave me vouchers for a lot just down the road. I usually use America's Best when I travel as they take pets and do not change a large fee. Is America's Best changing this policy? The room was quiet and comfortable. The bathroom could do with upgrades.

The rooms were clean and good for the price,location good for airport right next to quick park which is where you leave car.quick park was great our battery had died and they were very helpful and we left early arrived late at night and the shuttle was there waiting good experience

Mom fell getting into the room cause the snow removal company didnt shovel the path to the room. Not a good way to start a vacation.
