I picked this hotel because it offers 24 hour shuttle and allows you to park your car in the property. Currently away but so far I have been pleased with customer service upon arrival and the awesome shuttle driver that dropped me off at the airport at 3am

This establishment has the feel of a 5 star hotel at a 3 star price. The drop off and pickup process for the airport was awesome. Buffet breakfast was excellent! Everything was top notch!

Room was good as usual. Very minor item was no Kleenex in dispenser. We usually have no issue getting shuttle at time we want but had to take earlier one due to them only running one shuttle on Saturday morning? Had two sitting in parking lot. As usual driver was very friendly even at 4 am and van was in good condition. Just a minor inconvenience. Would definitely recommend and will stay next time we park and fly.

Hotel stay was very good. When returning to hotel from airport the hotel operator forgot to notify shuttle driver that I had called as instructed. Waited on shuttle for over 45 minutes. Disappointed.

We had an excellent experience staying at Sheraton and picking our car up from there, 10 days later. Check in was an absolute breeze, the room was comfortable and we slept well. The shuttle to the airport was so quick and easy. Our pick up from the airport was also so quick and easy. We did not wait more than 10 minutes and they dropped us off right at our car. Such a great, easy and stress free process.
