The accommodations was what we expected - clean, comfortable and staff accommodating. It was actually quieter than I expected being so close to airport, too. Also, they offered room service from the restaurant which arrived late and hungry which was nice. We didn't have time to see if there was a swimming pool or other amenities, but we really didn't care or want to. We were from out of town just wanting to be closer to NOLA airport for an early flight. Our car was waiting for us upon our return - safe and sound. Well worth it. The only issue was we didn't really understand where to get the shuttle on way back being unfamiliar with NOLA airport - so that took about an hour or more before we understood where to get the shuttle - but that was our mistake. So, make sure you know layout of transportation area of airport.

arrived in NOLA a day early to catch a morning flight to Miami for cruise. rested easy knowing that not be delayed and miss my flight. my car was there when we got back. a nice clean safe hotel. I plan to do it again.

This hotel was so easy to find. So convenient to churches and restaurants. The room was fabulous. The stuff soooo nice. We took a cab to the port and the car is parked free at the hotel until we get back. Perfect!

We loved this hotel. Staff was so friendly! Breakfast was very good, but a bit pricey for a buffet. Per staff - ask for breakfast inclusive price or breakfast tickets at check in. A+ Shuttle service was fine to the cruise, but they dropped us at the wrong hotel on the way back, and made us unload all of our luggage and wait for them to return, even told us it was our fault! When they came back they told us it was going to be another hour and when my husband got upset they refused to take us at all. We had to call a taxi to take us to the correct hotel. A few hours later they texted me and tried to reimburse part of our transportation cost. They did the same thing to another family who waited around for 2 hours then called an Uber. Do yourself a favor and avoid them. The cab was cheaper anyway :)

We were very happy with this Holiday Inn. Our reservations were available for us even though we arrived before the regular check in time. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the rooms were roomy and comfortable. Although no breakfast was provided, we would not hesitate to stay again.
