Nice place to stay by airport. Bring earplugs if light sleeper. Near busy road and airport noise. But to be expected when so close. Nice rooms and lobby. Would return.

The moment we entered the lobby it was " awwww". The lady who checked us in was amazing. It is a very clean room. What we didn't like was the large truck outside our bedroom window ( we were on the 7th floor and still heard it) banging and making a lot of noise waking us up at 1:30 in the morning.

I used the park and fly option. Nice clean room. Comfortable bed and a covered garage to keep my vehicle protected. Shuttle drivers were friendly and courteous.

shuttle was on time ... early flight and had food out in the lobby (appreciated that) ... we were late for the reception and they made sure to get us some complimentary drinks anyway ... great place.

When we got there we couldn't find a spot to park my truck. The elevated levels can only accommodate 6'6" clearance. The lady at reception came outside with me to help find one. She moved her car and gave me her spot. One of the best spots in the lot in my opinion. From then on the service was excellent. We did a park and fly package. Price was good for Toronto and 5min shuttle to the airport. Stayed again on the night we got home. We were upgraded to a suite with a view. My vehicle was damage free. Great service. Really clean!! Will recommend to everyone I know!!
